Ergonomics is often presented as one fixed shape: one seat height, one armrest angle, one correct posture. In practice, every user, every task and every moment of the day is different.
That's why the Texon isn't built around a single ideal position, but around a set of independent adjustments that each move with whoever is sitting in it.
Armrests that move in four directions
The Texon's 4D armrests adjust in angle, depth, height and width, each independently of the others. That's more than a selling point: incorrectly set armrests are one of the most common causes of shoulder and neck complaints in workplaces where people work long and precisely. The clips below show each adjustment on its own.

Automotion: freely moving or locked, your choice
The Texon's Automotion mechanism lets the backrest move freely with every change in posture, without the user having to operate a lever. For tasks that call for a touch more stability, such as precision work under a microscope or at a cleanroom workbench, the same backrest can also be locked in a fixed position. Neither is "the right" setting: it depends on the task.

Seat height that grows with the user
A chair that's perfect for one colleague can be too high or too low for the next. The Texon's seat height adjusts over a wide range, so the same chair can serve different workstations and different users, without needing a different model.
Ergonomics is never finished, and that's exactly the point
Every adjustment above exists because people, tasks and workplaces keep changing. A chair that adapts to that doesn't need to be replaced the moment conditions change. Questions about which Texon version suits your workplace? Feel free to get in touch, we're happy to think it through with you.
